Updated Giveaway Info!
Thursday, June 17, 2010 Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
That's my reaction to the incredible response at the women's book giveaway! After so much talk of gloom and doom in our industry, it is AMAZING to know that there are hungry readers out there who - yes! - want new and more books to devour.
So.
The list keeps getting bigger and bigger. We're up to TWENTY-EIGHT female authors who are giving away signed books. The complete list is below.
TWO IMPORTANT NOTES: when you enter - PLEEEEAAASE - click on the original contest post, either as a "like" or comment on it. There are so many smaller threads, and I cannot promise that if you don't click on the MAIN POST, that I'll get your name on the entry list.
Also, because the response to this has been so overwhelming, I'm upping the ante: at 500 entries and every 50 thereafter, I'll throw in a $25 Amazon gift certificate so the winner can buy whichever book he or she chooses.
UPDATE: Because the entries keep coming in, the gals and I chatted and decided that if we reach 1000 entries, we'll give away a grand prize of ALL THE BOOKS to ONE LUCKY WINNER!

LOVE this giveaway. It is so nice to see women helping other women. Nothing better than that!! I now have an even greater level of respect for you Allison. You should try to add Emily Giffin and Jen Weiner to this list (just a suggestion)
