Love the interview ... insightful as always!! It's so interesting to hear about your thought processes behind your writing decisions, right down to the characters' names. Your Idol answer made me laugh, because I was just talking about that with a friend yesterday, how so many of our favorite artists and songs are due to the show in some way.
